Performing works on LV and ELV installations
A modern Class A office building, with a structure of Po+P+7 and a total area of approximately 10,600 m², is located in Block 21, one of the most attractive business zones in New Belgrade. The building is designed in accordance with the highest standards of contemporary architecture and energy efficiency, featuring flexible office spaces, a high level of technical equipment, and advanced management systems that ensure optimal working conditions for its users.
Montprojekt d.o.o. Belgrade was engaged in the execution of a complete range of electrical installation works. The scope included power installations, with the construction of a 10/0.4 kV substation, as well as lighting systems, socket outlets, and power supply for all consumers. A significant segment of the project included motor drive installations and the implementation of a BMS system, enabling centralized control and monitoring of the building’s technical systems.
In addition, all low-current installations were fully implemented, ensuring reliable communications, security systems, and overall functionality in line with modern business requirements.
The execution of these works ensured a high level of reliability, energy efficiency, and user comfort, positioning the building among top-tier contemporary office spaces in the New Belgrade market.
