Airport Nikola Tesla Belgrade

The reconstruction of the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade is one of the most significant projects in the field of power engineering and infrastructure in the region. The project included the complete modernization of power systems, with a focus on reliable power supply, energy efficiency and the integration of modern management systems.

The company Montprojekt L.L.C. Belgrade was engaged as a contractor for complete electrical installations, including medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, 10/0.4 kV substations, as well as the implementation of a BMS system for centralized monitoring and management.

Within the project, 4 new 10/0.4 kV substations were built, 1 existing 10/0.4 kV substation was reconstructed, with complete implementation of LV-current installations – delivery, assembly, connection and commissioning of switchgear cabinets, cable racks, cable installations for powering consumers, lighting installations and connections, grounding and lightning protection systems, as well as BMS systems.

As part of the construction and reconstruction, Montprojekt L.L.C. Belgrade carried out electrical installations at the following facilities within Nikola Tesla Airport:

• Bus Gate terminal A – EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• Remote Car Parking – New substation 10/0.4 kV, 1×1000 kVA, EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• Passenger Terminal Building (PTB Phase 1.2.) – Terminal C (C7-C14) – New transformer station 10/0.4 kV, 3×1250 kVA, EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• New Heating Plant (NHP) – New transformer station 10/0.4 kV, 2×1000 kVA, EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• Solid Waste Treatment Plant (SWTP Landside) – EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• Solid Waste Treatment Plant in Restrictive Zone (SWTP Airside) – EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• Reconstruction of the Passenger Terminal A building (PTB Phase 1.3.3., PTB Phase 1.3.5, PTB Phase 1.3.6., PTB Phase 1.4., PTB 1.3.7., PTB Phase 1.3.8., PTB Phase 1.3.9.) – Reconstruction of the existing 10/0.4 kV substation, EE installations, TiS installations, BMS installations
• Construction of a new process building (PTB Phase 2.2.) – New transformer station 10/0.4 kV, 3×1250 kVA, EE installations, BMS installations

By implementing this project, Montprojekt L.L.C.
