K3 Green Escape

Green Escape is a business complex located in New Belgrade, near the European highway E75. Montprojekt LLC Belgrade ,as a partner company with the companies IMEL Group and Traco Invest, participated in the financing and realization of the K3 facility, including the performance of LV and ELV electrical installtion works on the facility itself, namely the 10/0.4 kV, 1000 kVA Substation and double cable line 10 kV ( input-output ), complete low voltage installations ( installations and equipment of low-voltage 0.4 kV distribution in TS, cable installations, procurement and installation of lighting, sockets, diesel generator ), extra low voltage installation systems ( fire alarm system, gas detection, structural cable network, video surveillance system, access control system, public address system, SOS signaling ), electric drive system ( ventilation and exhaust systems for garages, fire damper system ) as well as BMS system (central system for monitoring and managing the facility).
