Description of performed works:
Reconstruction of the existing TS 10/0.4 kV, 2×630 kVA – Replacement of the switchgear 10 kV
The ZDRAVLJE drug factory was founded in December 1953 in Leskovac by Božidar Đurđević-Kukar, a master of pharmacy, from a distinguished Leskovac industrialist family. In the 1960s. century, Zdravlje takes important steps for the development of the factory and business – the construction of a new factory with infrastructure in accordance with European standards. In 1965, Zdravlje moved to new facilities in the “industrial zone” of the city, at its current location. The substation in question is the first substation within the factory complex.
Montprojekt d.o.o. Belgrade ,as part of the contract, carried out works on the reconstruction of the first transformer station within the complex – TS 10/0.4 kV, 2×630 kVA, i.e. the replacement of the existing outdated 10 kV switchgear from the sixties of the last century. The reconstruction included the dismantling of the old plant, adaptation of the room and replacement of the 10 kV plant with a new modern distribution plant type 8DJH, manufactured by Siemens, which is expandable on the right side in the configuration of 3 incomming + 1 connecting + 1 measuring + 2 transformer cells. Also, as part of the reconstruction, the transformer connections for both transformers were replaced, and new cable ends were made on the cable lines for powering TS.
Due to the specificity of the complex and the work technology in the factory itself, the complete work on replacement, testing and commissioning of the new plant and cable connections was completed in the planned overhaul period of 2 days.
