Description of performed works:
Performing works on ongoing maintenance of the Museum 25. May
Museum 25. May is a typical representative of the architecture of representative buildings in Belgrade in the 1960s. and is one of the first purpose-built museums of its kind in Serbia. It also occupies an important place in the creative work of Mihailo Janković, who was one of the leading Belgrade and Yugoslav architects of that period.
After sixty years of existence, this institution, with its content, concept and programs, far exceeds the importance and scope of work it had at the time of its establishment.
However, the original purpose of the Museum 25. May has not changed until today – it is a public institution with an exhibition space where permanent and temporary exhibitions are organized, with a cinema hall for showing films and holding various meetings, seminars and lectures. Тhe facility also has spaces for storing objects and conservation, as well as rooms for employees. The largest part of the museum fund of the Museum of Yugoslavia is located in the depots of the Museum 25. Маy.
Montprojekt d.o.o. Belgrade carried out on the Museum 25. May complete works on rehabilitation, reconstruction and adaptation of the interior, which included construction works, works on installations of high and low current, water supply and sewerage and part of thermotechnical installations.
