Hotel Stara Planina

Located in the heart of the Stara Planina mountain range, Hotel Stara Planina is a modern 4-star hospitality facility designed in accordance with high standards of comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency. The hotel features more than 140 accommodation units (rooms and suites), tailored to meet the needs of contemporary guests throughout both winter and summer seasons.

Within the complex, guests have access to a wide range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully equipped SPA & wellness center, a fitness area, restaurants and bar facilities, as well as direct access to ski slopes, making it one of the leading mountain resorts in the region. The building is designed to provide a high level of comfort while maximizing the benefits of its natural surroundings and advanced technical systems.

Montprojekt d.o.o. Belgrade was engaged in the execution of a complete range of electrical installation works. The scope included power installations ensuring reliable electricity distribution, including lighting systems, socket outlets, and power supply for all hotel consumers and technical systems.

The implemented motor drive installations and Building Management System (BMS) enable efficient control, monitoring, and optimization of the building’s technical systems.

In addition, comprehensive low-current installations were carried out, including communication, safety, and technical supervision systems, ensuring full functionality in line with modern hospitality standards.

Through the execution of these works, a high level of reliability, energy efficiency, and user comfort was achieved, positioning the facility among high-category contemporary hotel developments in Serbia’s mountain tourism sector.
