Description of performed works:
Design, procurement of equipment with assembly service and construction works – Construction of TS 110/10 kV “Niš 6” – Ratko Pavlović
Within this project, it is planned to expand the capacity of the existing 35/10 kV substation “Ratko Pavlović” by switching to a 110/10 kV transformation (new name is “Niš 6”) and increase the power to 2 x 31.5 MVA. According to the concept of the development of the city of Niš, in this part of the city there is a need for additional power, so that the construction of the substation in question significantly affects the relief of the entire consumption of the city of Niš.
Montprojekt d.o.o. Belgrade have prepared complete project and technical documentation, obtained construction permits and consents from all relevant institutions in accordance with legal regulations within this contract.
The 110/10 kV substation complex was built on the cadastral plot 151 K.O. Niš – Cele Kula. The size of the complex for housing the substation equipment ( in the fence ) is approximately 61m x 61m. The following facilities were built in the substation complex:
1. Command and control building with 110 kV switchgear
2. Transformation 110/10 kV
3. Command and control building with 10 kV switchgear (existing building) – reconstruction
4. Access road and internal roads.
In the new command and control building, there is a 110 kV plant insulated with SF6 gas, the so-called “GIS” plant, type “8DN8” manufactured by Siemens, with two bus systems and six fields (2 transformer, 3 water and one connecting field). Also, the same building houses a completely new protection and control system, self-consumption, SCADA system, as well as telecommunication equipment and low current equipment.
In the substation complex there are two energy transformers 110/10 kV, both power 31.5 MVA. In addition to these two transformers and corresponding connections, in the outer part of the complex there are also two self-consumption transformers 10/0.4 kV, power 160 KVA.
The existing facility of the 10 kV plant was completely reconstructed and expanded, so that the new 10 kV plant consists of 40 cells, type “NXAir” manufactured by Siemens. As part of these works, a completely new distribution of 10 kV and 35 kV cables was carried out inside the plot, as well as reserve corridors for new cable lines.
