Description of performed works:
Production, delivery, supervision of the installation and commissioning of switchboard type SIVACON S8
The largest environmental project in Serbia, on the construction of a flue gas desulphurization system at the Nikola Tesla A Thermal Power Plant in Obrenovac, will enable sulfur dioxide emissions to be reduced 10 times. The project is part of a wider initiative to reduce the negative impact of thermal power plants on the environment.
For the purposes of the project, Montprojekt delivered:
– Main 0.4kV distribution panels – 7 PCC switchboards rated current 4000A equipped with withdrawable air circuit breakers from 630 to 4000A, a total of 47 panels
– Busbar trunking systems for connection of PCC switchboards with transformers, busbar systems are type 8PS LI Siemens nominal current 4000A
– Motor control centers – 30 MCC switchboards in withdrawable HFD configuration, a total of 111 panels
– ATS system – two ATS systems equipped with the most powerful Siemens redundant PLC devices type SIMATIC S7 1500H series for controll and monitoring of PCC switchboards and connection to DCS system TENT A
