Execution of complete MEP installations at the Hotel Viceroy Kopaonik
The design for Hotel Viceroy Kopaonik was created according to Arab standards, as a 7* hotel, by the world-renowned hospitality design studio, WATG, and its interior studio from London, Wimberly Interiors.
On the site of the old Jugobanka hotel, which was demolished in 2012, the construction of the hotel began in 2014 (preparatory work, wells), and construction work began in 2017. Montprojekt performed complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) installations on this building.
The most modern materials and equipment are installed for all installations, and in all 119 rooms, the world-famous Interel room system was installed for the first time in a hotel in this part of Europe, with specially designed touch-screen panels for managing room installations (lighting, HVAC, detection presence… ) especially for this project.
Very demanding coordination was done every day, at the international level (United Arab Emirates, Serbia, England, America, China, several European countries…), so that all works were completed in accordance with the ideas of the designers.
