Ušće Tower 2

The building is located next to the Business Center “Ušće”, a building that was built in 1961. year, damaged during the NATO bombing of FRY, and then renovated in 2005. . It is located in Novi Beograd Block 16, 2 km from the center of Belgrade. In the immediate vicinity of the tower there are shopping center Usce, Park Usce, Friendship Park, as well as prestigious hotels such as Hyatt, Crowne Plaza, Falkenstainer, Holliday Inn and Hotel Inn. The building is connected to other parts of the city by highway.

The tower is 110 meters high, has 22 floors, and within the building there is also an underground garage with 450 parking spaces on two levels, with an area of 21,000 m2. The building has a smaller commercial wing on the ground floor and a restaurant on the top floor. The building has a decentralized natural ventilation system that is integrated into the facade. The total area of the above-ground part of the building is 28,000 m2.

Montprojekt LLC Belgrade carried out complete low and extra-low voltage installtions at the Ušće Kula 2 facility, namely a 10/0.4 kV substation, 3 x 1250 KVA with connecting 10 kV cable lines, the main 0.4 kV distribution SIVACON 8PT, vertical and horizontal rail-power distributions , complete switchboards for supplying consumers, delivery and commissioning of 2 standby diesel generators with a power of 1400 KVA each, working in parallel, complete installations in garages and the shell & core part of the building.

The complete works on the shell & core installations were completed in just 15 months from the introduction into the business.
