Production and supervision of the installation of switchgear type SIVACON S8
Gas consumption in Serbia is constantly growing, and in the future, the country will need large amounts of gas.The implementation of the project of construction of the main gas pipeline will significantly increase the level of energy security in Serbia and the region as a whole, and also open the possibility for continuation of the process of gasification of the country.
The route of the main gas pipeline in the territory of the Republic of Serbia will take place from the border with Bulgaria in the vicinity of Zaječar to the border with Hungary near Horgoš, the length of the pipeline will be 402 km.The “Velika Plana” compressor station, which is located on the route of the gas pipeline and without which balanced pressure could not be ensured and gas could not be transported to Hungary, was built according to the most modern standards. Therefore, the equipment for supplying electrical energy had to be of the highest quality, so the logical choice fell on Siemens SIVACON S8 switchboards.
– Main 0.4kV distribution board PC-1 rated current 4000A made of 20 panels equipped with withdrawable air circuit breakers
– MCC switchboards MCC-1, MCC-TC1, MCC-TC2 and MCC-TC3 in withdrawable HFD configuration, the withdrawable units are equipped with SIMOCODE devices of the latest generation for motor protection and control, total number of panels 48
– Power factor correction 2 x 1050kVAR made of a total of 8 panels equipped with condenser batteries of the renowned manufacturer Epcos and Siemens switching equipment
Due to the explosive environment in which they are installed, the delivered сњитцхбоардс are made so that they have isolated main and auxiliary busbars with protective insulation tape TEROSON developed by Siemens specifically for these applications.
